Tatiana Lloyd-Dotta, LMSW (she/her)

I’m Tatiana, a clinical social worker dedicated to helping people find steadier ground through life’s many changes. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm and supportive space where you can reflect, grow, and move toward a greater sense of balance and clarity.

My approach is grounded in trust, empathy, and meaningful connection. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and the emotions that may feel overwhelming at times. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting change—building resilience, improving relationships, and learning new ways to care for yourself.

I work with adults of all ages and life stages, with a particular focus on supporting individuals and families as they navigate the transitions that come with aging. My training includes advanced study in palliative and end-of-life care, which deepens my ability to guide clients through experiences of caregiving, medical decision-making, and loss with compassion and practical tools.
